Here are some things to expect during your first visit.

  1. All sessions are held via a secure telehealth platform. At the time of your session you will use a link to connect to the session and with your therapist.

  2. Once you have set up your intake session, you will be emailed digital intake paperwork. Please complete these forms in advance of the session. In addition, please upload all required IDs and payment information via the client portal.

  3. Payment for services is always due at the time of service via credit card. All clients are required to keep a card on file which will be charged for each billable service.

  4. To avoid a last minute cancellation fee, please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  5. Your therapist will always ask you to confirm your current location and identifying information at the beginning of each session. Your therapist will work with you to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have.
